Homoeopathic Dispensary Building at Almonda ,2.0 ,Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. ,Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with sand in layers including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. ,Cement concrete of proportion (136) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. ,Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (16) in Foundation using clamp burnt bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, cess of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. ,Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (16) in Superstructure using clamp burnt bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, cess of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge G.Floor ,12mm(1/2") thick cement plaster (16)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.(Including Cess.) ,16mm(5/8") thick cement plaster (16)in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.(Including Cess.) ,Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work 2coat including cost, conveyance & any other taxes of materials & cost of all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
