REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF N/B-& N/B-RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS AT RENGALI IRRIGATION COLONY SUKINDA FOR THE YEAR - ,2.0 ,Dismantling & removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frames hinges fastening and stacking the materials for reuse and removing the debris with all lead and lift with all cost of labour and T&P etc .all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Ground floor ,1st floor ,Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm deep & removing the debris with all lead and lift with all cost of labour and T&P etc .all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,12mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (16) for brick /stone masonry work including cost ,conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Ground floor inside & outside ,1st floor inside ,1st floor outside ,Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding,staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Distempering two coats to wall surface with approved distemper to give an even surface over a coat of priming.including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc all complete.as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Wall painting 2 coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface to give an even shade including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaning rubbing, scaffolding etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Painting two coats with any approved paint on new/old wood /iron work etc all complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Supplying, fitting & fixing M.S. window, grills, Grill doors & M.S. doors made of M.S.Angle & flats including fixing to walls with C.C.(124) with cost of all labour, T&P etc. allcomplete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Door ,Window ,Partition Verandah Grill and Compound Wall Gate ,Fixing tiles & Glazed /Ceramic (vetrified tiles) in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 11 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles includng cost of precast tiles etc. with cost of all labour, T&P etc all complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,40 mm Thick Grading Concrete in C.C.(124) using 12 mm down graded H.G. chips. Including cost,conveyance,royalty & taxes of all materials ete. All complete as per direstion of Engineer-in-charge ,Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Fixing wash basins with hole for pillar taps conforming to IS 2556 Part 4-2004 with Cast Iron or M S brackets painted white including cutting holes in walls and making good the damages etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge ,Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Fixing Wash Down Water Closet (European type W.C pan) with integral āSā or āPā trap conforming to IS 2556 Part 8-2004, to the floor with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar (11) etc all complete as per specification. (Seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately) as per specification ,contrator profit & labour cess as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. ,Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS 13983 with C.I brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever requiredetc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge
