Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead. including labour cess but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ,Dismentalling brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under / above 3 mtr height including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries from site with all leads as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all labour and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete ,Dismantaing and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removals of frames, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use after necessary repair and removing the debris with all leads as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all labour, T&P including labour cess but excluding GST required for the work complete ,Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil incluidng moorum stoney earth and earthmixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting, including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts, T&P. shoring and shuttering if required etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ,Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick well watered and rammed with basic cost, conveyance, royalities, labour, T&P required including labour cess but excluding GST for the work etc. complete ,Cement concrete (136) in foundation and floor i;e below the base course of terrazo flooring using 4cm (1½”) size black crusher hard broken granite aggregates / chips / metal of approved quality and from approved quarry, including lowering, laying concrete, watering curing etc. complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 1'-6" thick including basic cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (16) in Foundation and Plinth using (25x12 x8cm) size bricks after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before its use including, splays cutting, circular moulding and carbelling, champering and similar such type of works watering, curing etc. all complete including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete (Crushing strength of bricks should not be less than 75kg to 99 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2%) ,RCC M20 having compressive strength of 20mpa, target mean strength of 30mpa, for150mm cubes at 28 days curing as per IS-456-2000 & I.R.C-212000 test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 20mm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of approved quality and from approved quarry & other materials as per section 302 of I.R.C.21-2000 & IS-456-2000 of approved quality including centering, shuttering & form works for providing smooth & water tight surface, hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 30 cm. compacted thickness, compacting with mechanical vibrators true to lines, grades as per drawing & technical specifications, watering & curing for 28 days including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all leads & lift, cost of all labour T&P, including labour cess but excluding GST & equipment required for mixing, transporting & placing in position vibrating, compacting, finishing & curing including all incidental expenses complete in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C. but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire & labour charges for bending binding & tying the grills
Column footing ,Plinth band ,Column Super Structure (GF) ,1st Floor ,Head Room ,Window sill band (GF) ,Lintel (GF) ,Chajja (Average 65mm thickness) (GF) ,Roof beam (GF) ,Roof slab (GF) ,Supplying, cutting, straightening the bent up M.S. Rods or Tor steel, using SAIL / TATA / RINL / JINDAL STEEL / SHYAM STEEL (grade Fe 5OOD} etc. including bending, binding, welding jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing required no of fan hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including basic cost, conveyance of all M.S. Tor steel and binding wires of 18· to 20 gauge as required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direc
