In charge. ,Excavation of any approvd type of soil in approved borrow areas by mechanical means, loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1 Km. on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dame and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance,watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area with royalty of earth etc. complete as per direction oof Engineer incharge.( Measurement will be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition) ,Earth work in ordinary soil with all leads, lifts and delifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth to the design profile as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
